Use of the Service

The Service is intended for women seeking coaching and wellness support. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

Program enrollment

Enrollment in Womens Thrive LLC programs is subject to availability and acceptance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Refund terms are outlined at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and coaching resources are the property of Womens Thrive LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Womens Thrive LLC is not a medical service. Coaching and wellness content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

SMS Terms

SMS Terms — Womens Thrive LLC Text Messaging Program. Womens Thrive LLC (The Her Turn Method, coaching by René Michele) offers a text messaging program. Users opt in via the chat widget on womensthrive.com by checking the consent box. Messages may include tips, special offers, discounts, and program/enrollment updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (678) 820-6388. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@womensthrive.com or (678) 820-6388.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Enrolled coaching clients may receive up to 2 messages per weekday during the program; subscribers may receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
